Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By accessing, browsing, or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Biddutbid is a digital platform that connects users with trusted electrical service providers across Bangladesh. Our goal is to make electrical services accessible, safe, and efficient. These Terms apply to all users, including customers, service providers (technicians), and visitors of the Platform.
To use Biddutbid, you must be:
At least 18 years old;
Capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law;
Providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts if any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or violates our policies.
To access most features of Biddutbid, you must register for an account.
Registration: You agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself during registration and to keep it updated.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any activities or transactions that occur under your account.
Biddutbid provides a platform for booking certified electricians and electrical-related services including but not limited to:
Electrical wiring and repair
Appliance installation
Smart home electrical solutions
Circuit breaker maintenance
Emergency electrical support
We strive to ensure that all services listed are up-to-date and correctly described. However, we do not guarantee that every service will always be available or error-free.
Transparency: Service prices listed on the platform are either fixed or estimated based on the service scope.
Payment Methods: Users may pay via cash, mobile banking, credit/debit cards, or through the app’s integrated payment gateway.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation for each successful payment made via the app or website.
Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for services not rendered or in the case of verified service failure, subject to investigation.
Booking Confirmation: Once you book a service, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or app notification.
Technician Assignment: We assign the most appropriate service provider based on location, skill, and availability.
Cancellations: You may cancel a booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to technician availability and should be done at least 2 hours in advance.
All service providers (electricians) on Biddutbid are:
Background-checked and verified by our internal team;
Required to maintain a minimum service rating;
Expected to follow safety protocols, wear uniforms, and maintain professionalism at all times.
We are not the employer of service providers. They operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for the services provided.
As a user of Biddutbid, you agree to:
Provide a safe, clean, and respectful environment for service providers;
Ensure access to your premises at the scheduled time;
Refrain from any abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior toward technicians or customer service representatives.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any misconduct or violation of these Terms.
After each service, users may rate and review the service provider. These reviews help maintain service quality.
Honest Feedback: Reviews must be based on genuine experiences and must not include offensive language, personal attacks, or false claims.
Moderation: We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our community guidelines.
All content on the Biddutbid platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Biddutbid or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws.
Use Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
You may not:
Use Biddutbid for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Platform;
Misrepresent yourself or your identity;
Engage in fraudulent activities, including fake bookings or payment disputes.
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, legal action, or both.
Biddutbid acts as an intermediary between users and service providers. While we strive for quality, we are not liable for:
Damages caused by service providers during or after the service;
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses;
Delays or interruptions in service due to unforeseen circumstances.
In no case shall Biddutbid’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biddutbid, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from:
Your misuse of the Platform;
Violation of any applicable law;
Breach of these Terms.
Your privacy is important to us. By using our Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse your personal data.
Biddutbid reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective once posted. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice, especially in the event of violation of these Terms.
